3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We require at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  
  
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Appointments can be moved once, with at least 72 hours notice. Any changes to your booking within 72 hours of the appointment time will require a second deposits.
  
  
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.
  
  

4. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
  
  
• Full charges may still apply.
  
  

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments.
